The property owner reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking if payment is not received in full.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made through the Hotelzify website, and are subject to the property owner's cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the property owner's cancellation policy and payment method used. In the case of a cancellation by the property owner, a full refund will be provided to the guest.

Property Information and Availability

The property owner is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding the property, including but

not limited to, room descriptions, photos, and amenities. The property owner is responsible for ensuring that rooms are

available for booking during the specified dates.

Property Maintenance and Upkeep

The property owner is responsible for ensuring that the property is maintained and kept in a clean and safe condition

for guests. The property owner is responsible for fixing any maintenance issues that may arise during the guest's stay.

Liability and Indemnification

The property owner shall be liable for any damages or losses incurred by the guests during their stay, except in cases of

force majeure. The property owner shall indemnify and hold harmless Hotelzify, its affiliates, and employees from any claims or damages arising from the property owner's use of our website or services.

Modification of Terms

Hotelzify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, without prior notice to the property owner. The property owner agrees to be bound by any such modifications and should periodically review these Terms for any changes.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of

the land.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.  By using Hotelzify, you agree to be bound by these Terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
